1. Introduction
Welcome to TheCarBunker. By accessing our website or using our facilities, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Services
TheCarBunker provides self-service car garage facilities. All bookings must be made through our website or approved channels. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for safety, legal, or operational reasons.

3. Minimum Age

  • Customers must be at least 16 years old to use TheCarBunker facilities.

  • Customers under 18 must have parental or guardian consent to use the garage.

4. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation.

  • Prices are displayed in GBP and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed bookings.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the booking will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made between 24–48 hours before the booking will receive a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking are non-refundable.

  • In the event TheCarBunker cancels your booking, you may choose a full refund or reschedule at no extra cost.

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must follow all safety instructions and guidelines provided by TheCarBunker staff.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is in a safe condition to use the facilities.

  • Customers should have appropriate insurance for any vehicle used at TheCarBunker.

  • Any damage caused by negligence or misuse of equipment may result in additional charges.

  • Use of TheCarBunker facilities is at your own risk.

  • TheCarBunker is not liable for any personal injury or damage to vehicles except in cases of gross negligence by our staff.
