Refund Policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy

We value our customers and aim to provide a fair and transparent refund policy. By booking with TheCarBunker, you agree to the following terms:

1. Customer Cancellations

  • More than 48 hours’ notice: A full refund will be issued.

  • Between 24–48 hours’ notice: A 50% refund will be issued.

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice: No refund will be given.

2. Rescheduling

  • Customers may request to reschedule a booking free of charge if notice is given at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

  • Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.

3. No-Shows

  • Failure to attend your booking without notice will result in the booking being marked as a no-show. No refund will be issued in these circumstances.

4. Late Arrivals

  • Bookings are held for 15 minutes past the scheduled start time. After this period, access may be refused, and no refund will be issued.

  • Extensions to your session are subject to availability and may incur extra charges.

5. Cancellations by Us

  • In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., equipment failure, health and safety concerns, staff shortages), you will be offered:

    • A full refund, or

    • The option to reschedule at no extra cost.

6. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method only.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
