Refund & Cancellation Policy
We value our customers and aim to provide a fair and transparent refund policy. By booking with TheCarBunker, you agree to the following terms:
1. Customer Cancellations

More than 48 hours’ notice: A full refund will be issued.

Between 24–48 hours’ notice: A 50% refund will be issued.

Less than 24 hours’ notice: No refund will be given.
2. Rescheduling

Customers may request to reschedule a booking free of charge if notice is given at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.
3. No-Shows

Failure to attend your booking without notice will result in the booking being marked as a no-show. No refund will be issued in these circumstances.
4. Late Arrivals

Bookings are held for 15 minutes past the scheduled start time. After this period, access may be refused, and no refund will be issued.

Extensions to your session are subject to availability and may incur extra charges.
5. Cancellations by Us

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., equipment failure, health and safety concerns, staff shortages), you will be offered:

A full refund, or
-
The option to reschedule at no extra cost.

6. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method only.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
